Mark Ward approached us to re-create his website to be more accessible for his clients both old and new alike. We designed a site that would lead users on a journey discovering that they not alone, and help is around the corner. It was important that people felt comfortable that Mark is a professional but also accessible and approachable.
The journey we created allowed the landing page to present users with the various problems they may be facing. The lay out made it easy to identify problems, get informed on those problems, and then book in for a consultation with Mark. This in turn builds up trust, increasing the chance of a conversion, in this case, a booking.
As an additional support service we designed the graphics and layout for Marks new Self Help Booklet “10 Steps to calm”. Each page contained a short story dedicated to mindfulness, and we took great pride designing new artwork to coincide with the serene stories being told.
